Our client, with staff spread across 100+ locations across the United States,  frequently struggled with their weekly meetings.

Staff often connection issues, to connect to their biweekly meeting, requiring users to call the corporate office manager for assistance.  

Users would then be transferred over to the helpdesk, which would take 15+ minutes to finally resolve the issue.

These were in company-wide meetings involving hundreds of employees and executives.

Over the course of a year, hundreds of hours in labor were being wasted on avoidable technical problems.
